Treading on the Blueprint of Thoughts

In The Revisiting, Avijit Dutta explores how perception shapes meaning—how a scene, thought, or memory changes depending on where one stands and how one chooses to see it. Much like looking through a window from inside versus outside, a shift in perspective transforms understanding.

The exhibition reflects on creativity when freed from conventional spaces and expectations. When art moves beyond the familiar walls of galleries, it often discovers a new rhythm, energy, and illumination—transforming both the work and the viewer’s experience.

Though each work may appear distinct, they are connected by a quiet thread of memory, emotion, and reflection—like revisiting a place that feels both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time, revealing new meanings with every return.

Presented by KYNKYNY Art Gallery at Panchavati – Sir C. V. Raman Residence on 22 June 2023, the exhibition invited viewers to walk through ideas, spaces, and memories—revisiting them, and perhaps seeing them anew.
